Mr. Jay Kear, Chairman; co-Founder, Wonderware. Mr. Kear has over 35 years of executive level experience in sales, marketing, engineering, and general management in the high-tech industry. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Aspeon (ASPE) and Xcert Software. Prior board service includes Wonderware Corporation, Newport Systems Solutions, University Netcasting, and other high-tech companies.

Dr. James Z. Li, Director; President & CEO, LeadingWay. Dr. Li is a well-known expert in learning and knowledge management. He has published more than 20 articles and made more than 100 presentations at national conferences and local meetings. He has provided strategic business consulting on knowledge management and learning to Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Texas Instruments, Prudential Securities, Dow Corning, and Air Canada. Dr. Li received his M.S. degree in Computer Science and Ph.D. in Educational Technology from USC, and Executive Program Certification from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Mr. Sam Inman, Director; co-CEO, Viking Components. Mr. Inman is currently the Chairman and co-CEO of Viking Components. He has also served as president and COO of Ingram Micro Inc. and president of IBM's Personal Computer Company for the Americas.
