Interface Development and Project Planning

Content Development
The LeadingWay KSD methodology starts with sound instructional design principles, and extends them beyond the usual labor-intensive function of course-crafting into a more streamlined "knowledge manufacturing" process. Knowledge manufacturing allows LeadingWay to convert large amounts of content with a single conversion effort.

But the KSD method gives you more than speed of delivery. It gives you flexibility. Using the "Create Knowledge Once—Distribute Knowledge Everywhere" approach, content is converted through the LeadingWay Knowledge Factory into small, meaningful "chunks" called Knowledge Objects. Knowledge Objects are much more flexible than the Learning Objects most eLearning companies create. The same Knowledge Object can be combined with instructional templates to create robust eLearning courses and repurposed for on-demand performance support and a variety of other delivery options essential to the learning process.

Once content has been developed, LeadingWay offers a content maintenance contract to help you keep your database current. And, of course, you have the option of using LeadingWay technology at your business location to make simple content changes on your own.

It is also SCORM version 1.1 and IMS version 1.1 compliant, giving you the option of receiving your content through the LeadingWay KnowledgeOne Content Manager™ software or an alternate delivery method.
